We’re looking for a seasoned recruiter to join the Medacs team, specialising in the recruitment of locum Mental Health Nurses across Australia. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about building and growing their own desk while working collaboratively with a supportive team to share leads and opportunities.
In today’s candidate-driven market, success requires innovative sourcing strategies and strong commercial acumen—especially when engaging with key clients. While this is a full 360 recruitment role, you’ll be backed by a dedicated compliance consultant, a para consultant, and centralised resourcing support.
What you'll be doing
Proactively source high-quality locum Mental Health Nurses through networking, database management, social media, job boards, and more—while building lasting relationships.
Screen, interview, and match candidates to suitable locum opportunities across Australia.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to become their trusted recruitment partner.
Identify and promote cross-selling opportunities across other Medacs divisions.
Contribute to the strategic direction and success of the team

Remuneration
This role is paying between $70,000 - $80,000 + uncapped commissions
