The ideal candidate will exceed in this position if they are able to successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfilling the client's needs by matching clients with open the company's recruiting needs. In order to do so, the candidate has to be able to source and qualify leads that will meet the company's criteria. To be successful, the candidate will have to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become an effective talent partner.
Duties and responsibilities:
- 360 RC will work as an extension of UK client s recruitment teams
- Experienced in Resourcing and reactivating candidates from internal and external databases
- Obtain a good working knowledge of their particular clients and adapt according
- To be up to date with the process of UK Healthcare Recruitment Compliance
- Resources with proven sales/booking track record will be preferred Build their own candidate banks for temp bookings/placements Reverse marketing of compliant candidates to be done...
