Requirements
• Permanent/Contract - Permanent
• Reports To - Senior Recruitment Consultant
• Location - Ahmedabad
• Level – 2
• Salary – Up to 35k
• Working Hours - 10am to 7pm
Primary Role
• Headhunting for different medical specialties and maintaining a pipeline of candidates.
• Working closely with a senior resource to understand the basics of headhunting.
• Delivering quality candidates within the deadline to fill the gaps that our London team is working on.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
• Reports to Senior Resourcing Consultant.
• Complete all ‘Trainee Consultant’ tasks within the Consultant Development Program.
• Show the ability to understand and perform basic recruitment best practices.
• Using sales and marketing techniques to attract candidates.
• Sourcing the candidates from social media platforms (I.e. Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Develop positive relationships with doctors.
• Show adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Understand the 360⁰ Recruitment Model.
• Knowledge in a specialty.
Preferred Skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in recruitment and head hunting.
• Proven ability to successfully convert cold calls into leads.
• MS Office
• Fluency in English
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work in fast paced dynamic startup
