1. Recruitment consultant (Fresher) - USA
LOCATION: AHMEDABAD
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sourcing candidates from Job portals and social networking sites.
Scheduling interviews with Account Managers, following up with candidates and providing timely feedback to the management.
Responsibility will include job understanding, sourcing, screening, Qualifying, and submitting candidates based on requisition.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Good communication skills
Previous international BPO/KPO experience.
Ability to work individually or in a team.
Good interpersonal skills.
Work onsite at office location
