Join us on a rewarding journey as a healthcare recruitment consultant, placing aged care professionals, working from our Brisbane CBD office (also open to the Gold Coast). As we redefine recruitment, your role will be instrumental in developing opportunities with clients and nurturing relationships, identifying top talent for aged care opportunities and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
A Day in the Life of a Recruiter:
Build and manage your relationship with aged care providers
Business development with new clients
Headhunting, candidate attraction and talent pooling
Screening, interviewing and presentation of nurses and support workers
