This is a full-time opportunity for the right candidate to mainly Work from Home and some days in the office.
DUTIES:
Develop trusting relationships with existing and new clients and candidates
Identify new business leads, follow up on opportunities, and win new business
Meet the revenue goals/KPIs and achieve profitability targets for your portfolio
You will source talent through a variety of methods
Manage the full 360-degree recruitment process across Australia
Contributing to the wider business by cross selling opportunities outside your team
Requirements
You are a high performing Recruiter with 1-2 years' of recruitment experience
Ideally you will have worked within the agency recruitment environment. (internal and external)
Positive Attitude and high levels of integrity
Problem solving and creative thinking mindset
Committed, self-motivated, driven and be a strong team player
Tele-sales experience highly regarded
B2B sales experience and goal orientated
A proven track record of success in sales driven environments
Great business acumen and the ability to learn (Challenges are welcomed as a learning opportunity)
