Recruitment Consultant
Recruitment Specialist Responsibilities:
1. Communicating with hiring managers or team leads to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
2. Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
3. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
4. Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
5. Arranging telephonic, video, or in-person interviews.
6. Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
7. Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
Ready to work for IT as well as Non IT sector, having a learning and go getter attitude.
Experience: Consultancy experience of minimum 1 Year into end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days will be preferred.
CTC: Based on experience and skills
