We are currently seeking experienced and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Team Lead and Client Managers. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of technical recruitment experience, including experience in startup or product base hiring especially for mid-level to leadership roles. • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
• Strong understanding of startup hiring processes and experience in hiring for startups.
• Must have experience in work in mid to leadership roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
