About the Role

This is a critical role within our team, responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and candidates, managing everything from sourcing to onboarding. Your key responsibilities include:

Resourcing, Screening, and Interviewing: You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring candidates are thoroughly vetted through phone and face-to-face interviews, reference checks, and safety screenings.

Building Talent Pools: You'll create and maintain talent pools for upcoming jobs, particularly in the blue-collar sector, and ensure our client needs are met with urgency and precision.

Client and Candidate Relationship Management: You'll build and nurture long-term relationships, managing client accounts through regular site visits and ensuring strong compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.

Account Management: You'll work closely with the Business Development Manager, taking over clients post-introduction, and managing the ongoing recruitment needs, including onboarding and site-specific inductions.

Mentorship and Training: You'll have the opportunity to mentor and coach other consultants, contributing to their professional development.

About You

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

Proven Recruitment Experience: Extensive experience in 360-degree recruitment, particularly within the blue-collar labour hire sector.

Strong Administrative Skills: High attention to detail with strong administration and computer skills.

Excellent Communication: Confident with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, able to handle tough conversations and build rapport with a diverse range of clients and candidates.

Team Player: You'll be self-motivated and energetic, with a strong work ethic, but also someone who works well within a close-knit team.

Flexibility: Willingness to start early mornings and conduct site visits is essential, as well as a valid driver’s license for travel to various locations.

Commitment to Safety and Compliance: Understanding and enforcing safety standards, including conducting VEVO checks and ensuring compliance with company and client policies.
