Experience:
• 15+ years of experience in recruitment industry
• Proven expertise in recruitment consulting & Talent acquisition
Skills Required:
• Proven experience of managing recruitment for diverse domains
• Deep expertise in sourcing, candidate & client engagements, and ability to independently interface with multiple clients
• Proven experience in managing high-performance teams (hiring, mentoring, goal orientation, training, etc.)
• Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.
• Highly energetic and motivated individual
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently drive business and operations for Gujarat region with focus on various Engineering, Pharma & NON-IT clients
• Accountable for business management strategy and growth
• Be a single point of contact for customers addressing all the client requirements.
• Build and strengthen client relationships to be able to streamline and improve service delivery.
• Manage a team of Consultants, Senior and Lead consultants to ensure on-time deliverables and customer delight.
• Ensure overall productivity and efficiency within the team.
• P&L management, Stakeholder management and Team management
