• Position Name : Field Recruitment Executive
Across Locations :
Maharashtra(Mumbai), Karnataka, Te
Responsibilities:
Coordinate centrally with the operations and station
teams for updating reports and other hiring-related
processes.
Good understanding of mobile applications and
dashboards.
Minimum 1+ years of experience (bulk blue collared
sourcing experience in the logistics industry preferred).
Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
Sending daily reports on assigned positions.
Filling gaps within given TAT.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
towards closing the positions.
Maintaining daily tracker on open positions.
Ready to travel anywhere as per the business needs and
requirements.
Lead the supply operations in zone (sourcing of delivery
associate, onboarding, deployment and retention/attrition
control, Rider Activities and Reporting.
Skills required:
Good communication (Local language will be preferred)
Negotiations Skills
Interpersonal skills
Travel Savvy
MS Office Savvy
