Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for hiring needs
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for timely closures
Assist in employer branding and job postings
Support employee engagement activities and organize events and celebrations Coordinate employee feedback and assist in improving engagement initiatives
Support internal HR communication and help maintain a positive work environment
Key Skills:
Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination and organizational abilities
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
MS Office proficiency

MBA / MBA Aspirants can apply
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Prior experience (if any) will be considered an added advantage

Pay: ₹10,628.63 - ₹30,236.83 per month
