To attract candidate and act as a partner with business to effectively and efficiently implement the mobilization strategies that result in a high caliber workforce in the organization.
Must have good knowledge in Recruitment We are looking for an Recruitment Executive to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Hands on experience in sourcing candidates from Job portals.
