JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Executive to work with our departmental teams to attract and hire new employees for our company. This role is responsible for all aspects of the hiring process on recruitment outcomes.
Each of the below recruitment objectives should be viewed from the perspective of hiring the right talent.
• Build Talent Pipeline through a passive hiring strategy
• Deep International Talent Scouting and Pooling
• Fill Current Positions
These are key responsibility areas for this role:
• Talent Identification: Run talent sourcing programs and get the right candidates to interview with the org. This includes regular passive scouting from LinkedIn and other job boards/groups apart from selecting from received applications. Go Creative in finding new ways of quality resume sourcing.
• Talent Outreach: Recruitment is a sales job. You have to pitch our business to candidates and make them understand the opportunities and their employment prospects to the candidate.
• Screening Interview: Follow GoQuest's set interview guidelines and processes to complete the interview process. A smooth interview process is paramount and helping candidates through the interview process is important.
All of the above with adherence to the Hiring Process and full documentation in GoQuest internal ATS.

• Min 2 years /Max 4 years of total experience.
• Experience of head hunting profiles on Linkedin.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) is a must. We are an international team. Strong command of English is a must
