Description
We are looking to hire an executive recruiter, who is resourceful and compassionate and is able to fulfil our hiring needs within appropriate time frames. Needs to be able to streamline the recruiting process and ensure that suitable candidates are appointed. An excellent executive recruiter will monitor all aspects of the organization's development to ensure that we have sufficient staff at all times.
Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and attract executive-level candidates through various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit for executive positions.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to develop a comprehensive understanding of the executive talent landscape.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with executives, industry professionals, and key stakeholders to build a strong network of potential candidates and referral sources.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified executive candidates for current and future search assignments.
• Scheduling appropriate training and orientation for new employees.
• Process Management: Manage the end-to-end executive search process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
• Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to all legal and ethical standards related to candidate privacy, equal opportunity employment, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
• Extensive recruitment experience.
• Familiarity with pertinent recruiting software and tools.
• Highly organized and thorough.
• Discerning, with top-notch decision-making skills.
• Excellent desktop research skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathic and helpful, but firm.
• Committed to furthering our company's reach.
• 2 years recruitment experience in a relevant domain is a must
