The Recruitment executive will identify, assist in screening, and present good candidates for positions such as Quality analyst (manual testing), Automation Test Engineers, Performance Test Engineers, Software Developers etc.
Responsibilities:
Understand the needs and roles to be filled, reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
Identify the effective recruitment methods and line-up candidates for interview.
Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through review of their resumes, initial interviews etc.
Schedule interviews of shortlisted candidates with the Project Managers.
Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
Vet potential employees’ credentials like running background check etc.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
