The Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Head will be responsible for devising strategies as well as techniques to fulfill the organization's various resource in quality and timely manner. The person will lead a team of recruiters as well as external recruitment consultants - supervise, coordinate, direct, monitor, develop. This professional is expected to bring rich experience and track record of success in course of IT industry recruitment. This position reports into company President.
Key Result Areas
• Oversee the planning and execution of Talent Acquisition towards ensuring quality hiring for meeting staffing goals in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Build strong and professional relationships with various stake holders (external & internal).
Roles and Responsibilities
• Provide leadership to the Talent Acquisition staff; ensure that the department achieves its key result areas.
• Work along with the leadership team to set company's periodic objectives & priorities and translate them into recruitment targets
• Identifying and managing external Recruitment Consultants
• Structure and negotiate Compensations and define Compensation Practices
