We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Recruiter Intern to join our HR team and assist in sourcing and recruiting top talent.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating and posting job descriptions across various job boards and social media platforms.
• Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions .
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Support administrative tasks related to talent acquisition as needed.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a B.Tech degree.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with technical roles and understanding of IT-related qualifications is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
