Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Intern to assist in scouting and recruiting talented football players from various regions. You will support the recruitment team in identifying potential prospects, managing player profiles, and assisting with the logistical aspects of player trials and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the player recruitment process by evaluating talent and managing applications.
Research and identify young players from diverse regions (age 18-24) with the potential to join our academy.
Support the coordination of recruitment events, such as tryouts and showcases.
Maintain an organized database of player profiles, track progress, and communicate with prospects.
Assist in outreach to international clubs and agents to promote partnership opportunities.
Requirements:
Strong passion for football and knowledge of the football industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to evaluate player talent and potential.
Proactive and able to work independently with attention to detail.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience in recruitment, scouting, or sports management (preferred but not required).
