Recruitment Intern
Role Summary
The Recruitment Intern will be responsible for assisting in the sourcing, pre-screening, and selection of candidates for various positions across the organization. This is a remote position with work hours of 10AM-6PM or 11AM-7PM.
Key Responsibilities
• Utilize social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter to identify and connect with potential candidates
• Review online resumes and portfolios to pre-screen potential hires
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and qualifications
• Communicate with candidates through email and phone to follow up on their application status and to schedule interviews
• Conduct phone screenings for qualified candidates
• Assist with sourcing and recruitment-related activities as required
Requirements
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or equivalent is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to make at least 50-60 candidate calls per day
• Outstanding time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
