Job Summary:
As a Recruitment Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. Working remotely, you’ll gain practical experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while contributing to our overall talent acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for candidates who are ready to expand their recruitment knowledge in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
Screen resumes and evaluate candidates against specific role requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain accurate and updated candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them across multiple platforms.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.
Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment-related administrative tasks.
Engage in strategy discussions and help improve processes to enhance candidate experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong desire to learn and grow within the recruitment industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setting.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment tools is required.
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
