Total Exp - 6+ years Location - Chennai Shift - 10:30 -8:30 Responsibilities Responsible for Chennai Center hiring Develop and implement Manpower planning, Talent Acquisition and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Implementing company talent acquisition strategy Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs and managing the overall recruitment and selection process Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization Maintain data of employees, generating monthly HR Reports, HR activities, Maintaining employee personal file and keeping the record up-to-date Responsible for entire recruitment cycle
