Role Deliverables :
• Hiring experience in to BPO / Volume hiring
• Conceptualize and implement recruitment strategies / plans with team to achieve monthly targets and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure that the team members process the day to day work as per the SOPs for achieving individual KRA’s
• Drive the overall Team’s Productivity and Efficiency Ratio
• Own up full-cycle recruiting
• Able to lead technical discussions with the Hiring Panels and propose constructive recruitment solutions
• Strong Process orientation and responsible for 100% tool usage by the Team
• Responsible for average Gross Margin generated per closure
• Coordinate with the Business Development team to have a thorough understanding of the job profiles given by the client.
• Drive recruitment strategies within deadlines and SLAs agreed upon
• Manage and lead a dynamic team that responds and fulfills Clients hiring needs
• Preparing various MIS Reports related to day to day work
• Resource Management for both Contract Hiring and Lateral
• Sensitive to fulfilling the client requirement in minimum turn-around-time
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact, visits and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all the times.
Skills and competencies required :
• Years of Experience 7 to 10 years
• Qualification- Graduation
• Location Bangalore
• Should have Delivery experience in BPO industry in their career
