ü Performing end-to-end recruitment for BPO and Support functions
ü Team Management / Stake holder Management
ü Allocation of junior and mid-level position to team members
ü Salary negotiations for senior positions
ü Updating and sharing regular dashboard with Higher Management
ü Regular Recruitment Meet with the Department Heads.
ü One point of contact for any escalations on Recruitment front
ü Provide training to new recruits.
ü Responsible for Vendor Management and MIS.
ü SPOC for internal and External Audits
ü Responsible for getting timely Third Party BGV Report for all the employees joined.
ü Responsible for resolving queries with reference to Billing and Agreements for all Vendors.
ü One point of contact for any escalations on Billing and Agreements.
ü Ensuring regular payouts to vendors.
ü Tracking the performance of Vendors and rolling out new incentives schemes.
