In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Kaam's hotel hiring needs are met by following through on the complete recruitment cycle of sourcing, screening, qualifying and hiring. As a Recruitment Manager - Hotels at Kaam.com, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential candidates and our member partners to ensure timely placement and retention.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of hotel recruitment experience with excellent knowledge of Hotel Diploma courses
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
• Understanding of the requirements of hotel industry employers and job seekers
• Knowledge of current industry trends in Hotel Recruitment
