Coordinate with respective branch Head to arrange the Interview Schedule of shortlisted candidates.
Salary Negotiation of selected candidates based on producing relevant documents relates to salary & other benefits.
Handle Joining of new employee and arrange Induction with respective deptt & Team.
Keep updating the records of employee time to time relates to confirmation, & Appraisal.
Address employee grievance on time.
Handle branch administration activities.
Handle attendance, Leave Record & compliance.
