• HR Dept – Recruitment officer
• Coordination with the candidate for Documents after Selection for offer Processing.
• Hands-on with Computers, MIS, MS Excel, Portals and data entry
• Managing end to end recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial Sourcing from Naukri
• Supporting Talent Acquisition Partner for Offer Processing
• Managing SLAs
• Ensuring TAT and helping in process improvement of recruitment
• Payroll will be on HDB Financial Services (Sister Concern of HDFC Bank)
Freshers / Experienced, Location: Kanjurmarg, Mumbai
Gross CTC per month range 13000 pm -18000pm
