What You'll Be Working On
As a Recruitment Officer, you'll manage full recruitment cycles in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, delivering a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Your responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles
Writing and posting job ads, reviewing applications, and conducting screenings
Coordinating interviews and partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
Proactively sourcing, headhunting, and building talent pools
Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Providing market insights and contributing to process improvements
Experience that would suit the role:
1-2 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (internal or agency)
Experience managing multiple roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritise and work under tight deadlines
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with high attention to detail
Confidence using recruitment systems, job boards, and sourcing tools
