You'll work directly alongside our Director, connecting job-ready candidates with local employers who need them, and actively finding new opportunities to place people into meaningful, sustainable work. Building lasting relationships on both sides of the table, the more you grow your network, the more you earn. There's no ceiling here.
What you'll do Work closely with the Director to source new opportunities, hit the ground running knocking on doors to build your employer database, connect and engage candidates, and grow your own recruitment portfolio generating ongoing placements as your network expands.
