Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the ATS.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment strategies.
Reporting: Generate and present recruitment reports to track progress and inform decision-making.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving recruitment processes and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.
