Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team at ResoPro Training Services. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates to fill various positions for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, with a preference for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications And Required Skills
• Bachelor's/ master's degree in human resources or related field
• 1 years of Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
• Strong working knowledge of sourcing portals like Naukri and awareness of recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively screen & evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
