Roles and Responsibilities:
End to end Recruitment
Client Coordination
Processing Offer, Appointment and Confirmation documents for all candidates
Shall be responsible for the onboarding and documentations
Separation of employees, Exit Interview, Feedback Management and Reports Confirmations and Performance evaluations
Be a part of all the events (Planning and Execution) and employee engagement activities Maintaining Relations with Existing clients and onboarding new clients.
Job Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years in Human Resources department (freshers can Apply)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong desire to self-learn
