• Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels
• Screen incoming resumes
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. Recruiter Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Under-Graduate / Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while telephonic support will be provided;
• Gather and analyses information skillfully.
