Position: Junior RecruiterExperience: 0 to 2 YearsCTC : 20000/month (Annual CTC – 2.4Lacs) + IncentiveLocation: 5/750, SAAC Building, Sabari Salai, Madipakkam, Chennai - 6000+1. Working Days - Monday to Saturday (Alternate)Office Timings - +.30 AM to 6:30 PM (Work From Office Only)
We have an Immediate opening for freshers. We are looking for dynamic professionals who would like to be part of a fast-growing Recruitment team at DRC.Qualification – Any Graduate / Postgraduate in HR will be preferredJob Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle
• Sourcing candidates through various networking sites, referrals, and job portals
• Screening Candidate profiles to ensure fitment of profile to the open positions
Desired Profile/Skills:
• Willingness to work against revenue-driven targets
• Proficiency in all MS office applications
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Able to multi-task and work with various stakeholders
• Must have an interest in working full-time in HR in the future
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong desire to self-learn
Selected applicants will undergo a 15 days training program which includes:
• The complete life cycle of Recruitment
• Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling, Client Coordination
• Tracker management, candidate calling
• Effective usage of multiple job portals (Naukri / LinkedIn / ATS)
By the end of the training, you will understand the dynamics of Recruiting industry and in par with Corporate Recruiters
