Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling accounts independently and finding the best talent for our clients. The ideal candidate should be street-smart and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for various positions based on client requirements.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate job offers and handle all communications with candidates until they are hired.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
- Continuously improve recruiting strategies and processes to meet business needs.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to remain competitive.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a staffing or agency environment.
- Proven track record of successful placements and client management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
