Cornerstone Medical Recruitment is growing – fast. Demand from our healthcare clients continues to rise across all three of our divisions (Nursing, Doctors and Allied Health), and right now, we have a unique opportunity for a Team Leader to join our high-performing Aged Care team, specialising in temporary recruitment.

This team recruits into one of the most in-demand areas of healthcare, and with an ageing population and significant government investment into the sector, the opportunity for growth is huge. A strong leader here won’t just develop a successful desk and team – they’ll help shape the future of aged care workforce solutions in Australia.

The Opportunity:

As a billing Team Leader, you’ll run your own successful temp desk while leading a team of 4 high-performing recruiters. This is a fast-paced, impactful team that needs someone confident in temporary recruitment, experienced in managing urgency, and passionate about motivating others to perform at their best.

You’ll be supported by experienced Recruitment Managers and General Managers, giving you the structure, tools and coaching to lead well and grow fast.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and coaching a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team goals

Running your own high-performing temp desk within the aged care space

Building strong relationships with healthcare providers across Australia

Delivering high-quality candidate experiences and client results

Driving team engagement, development and a high-performance culture

Identifying marketing and brand-building opportunities

Who You Are: You’re an experienced recruitment consultant with:

A proven track record in temporary recruitment

Strong leadership qualities and a passion for developing people

A commercial mindset and natural drive to exceed targets

A love for the fast-paced world of temp recruitment

A resilient, positive, team-first attitude
