Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Venera Connect in Gurugram. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs.

• Experience in applicant tracking systems and HR software

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
