Position Details:
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Title: Heavy Duty Repair Technician
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: As soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on Kubota and other farm equipment
Operate equipment safely and ethically in accordance with company standards
Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
Communicate effectively with site management to coordinate service needs and priorities
Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Mandatory: Journeyperson (Red Seal) Heavy Equipment Technician Certification
Experience working with Kubota (or similar) equipment is an asset
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Physically fit and able to manage a demanding workload
Must be a team player with the ability to work independently
Willingness to work overtime when needed
Valid Class 5 driver’s license (abstract required)
