Content Writer As a Content writer, you will need to combine deep understanding of the trends inherent to the fashion, home decor' industry with a varied skill set that will include copywriting, script writing, conceptual thinking, and content project planning. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :- Write, research and conceptualize creative, innovative content that brings readership and encourages sharing.- Understand how writing and conceptual ideas can be used to tell a story on behalf of a brand Present ideas in a clear and focused way that builds consensus within the team- Create original, breakthrough work that sets the tone for the brand's content language.- Translate complex strategic approaches into easily accessible creative concepts.- Maintain a high awareness of relevant trending topics and news to identify content opportunities.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE :- Experience in agency/Media Houses concepting and creating copy for global brands.- Someone who is passionate about fashion, home decor', lifestyle with a strong aesthetic sense.- A background in a corporate or journalism environment.- Experience of publishing through social media channels and content management systems.- A powerful grasp of how content can play out across multiple mediums.- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies) to deliver high-end content that stands atop of Industry Standards.- A flair for words.- The ability to think conceptually when needed. Experience working as part of a traditional creative team (designer and copywriter) would be helpful.- Strong storytelling skills that create engaging business content.Skills Required :- Proactive in responses online and to the client, Confident.- Flawless grammar, spelling, and usage- Knows / eager to learn new tools such as Canva, mail chimp, etc.- Excel, Word is a must
