Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Bengaluru. The Telecaller will be responsible for making and receiving calls to clients, providing information about products and services, handling inquiries, and addressing customer concerns.
Day-to-day tasks include maintaining call records, following up on leads, and achieving call targets. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
