Your key responsibilities
The role is working in the Quality Controls team aligned to Controls & Governance Function. The team has responsibility for performing quality reviews of various ORDS streams. The team ensures effective monitoring of ongoing RTB processes.
• Review processes to identify gaps/ issues and provide feedback on quality and accuracy for RTB.
• Produce Quality scores and dashboard through regular sampling of ongoing processess.
• Partner with RTB teams to improve efficiency by providing feedback on call calibrations and regular quality trends.
• Perform theme based one off reviews on specific processes identified.
Your skills and experience
• Background in any of the processess under client data / Tax / Instruments / would be beneficial
• Must have strong organization skills & the ability to work and review samples independently.
• Must be a team player, determined and hardworking
• Attention to details and ability to run multi tasks
• Present and articulate with strong written and oral communication skills to deal with RTB leads / stakeholders on call calibrations
• Ability to learn new procedures quickly and gain in depth expertise on overall RTB processess
• Ability to produce trend Reports and Quality dashboards.
