Job responsibilities
Evaluate existing processes using interviews, workshops, document analysis, surveys, process maps, task and workflow analysis
Identify strengths and areas for process improvement, establishing links between similar activities and suggest improvements
Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations in design and improvement of processes
Own significant pieces of end-to-end workstreams, identifying analyses required, escalating issues and building deliverables
Provide coordination of cross-product/services initiatives within Digital Document Services, Client Onboarding, Business & Corporate Data Services
Meet with business, Product and technology stakeholders to identify, document and scope opportunities.
Lead working sessions with product managers, their teams and other important stakeholders; Independently request needed information and initiate follows-ups
Design process implementation ideas and identify risks and constraints
Design and providing training to the team where required
Analyze data for trends and recommend possible improvements/solutions
Project Manage process improvement projects and ensure solutions are achieved on time and within scope
Develop process recommendations for business based on a situational awareness of various business scenarios and motivations
Create a strong culture of continuous innovation, rapid iteration, and collaboration across professional services, managed services, product managers and engineers
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
3 - 5 years of work experience with advanced skills in MS Office
Analytical thinking and eye for details
Strong Communication- verbal and written
Team work - influencing without authority
Problem Solving - thinking out of the box
Visualizing skills - Understand and Translate business requirements - Concisely synthesize and communicate complex topics in digestible narratives, often for non-technical business leaders
Knowledge of business process re-engineering tools like organizational charts, workflow analysis, benchmarking, business process mapping,(added advantage)
Willing to deep dive technically and ability to thrive in environments where your customers and partners are technical
Help stand-up centralized capabilities to support our Deployment Enablement teams and organization leadership
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
Open, collaborative, team-oriented operating style
Motivated by challenge and the opportunity to help an organization navigate meaningful change
A high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrate collaboration
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
Project management or project support preferred
Alteryx, Tableau & other data visualization tools certification preferred
