Position Overview
We are seeking motivated Referral Agents to help connect individuals and business owners with our full suite of financial and business services. This is a flexible, commission‑based role ideal for anyone who enjoys networking, sharing resources, and helping people improve their financial future.
Your responsibility is simple: refer clients.
We handle onboarding, service delivery, and fulfillment.
You earn commissions once the client completes payment or once the IRS releases their refund.
Compensation
Referral Agents earn:
$100 per credit repair client
$200 per tax preparation client (personal or business)
$100 per business credit client
$150 per business funding client
$75 per new business startup client (LLC, EIN, compliance setup)
Payout Schedule
You are paid once the client pays their invoice, or
For tax clients, once the IRS releases the client’s refund (if fees are taken from the refund)
There is no earning cap.

Referral Agents can unlock free professional training after meeting a referral threshold:
Free Training Includes
Credit repair (Metro 2, disputes, compliance)
Personal & business tax preparation
Business credit building
Business funding strategies
Business startup formation and compliance
