Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled refrigeration & air conditioning engineer to join our well-established company, working across Central and greater London, and surrounding areas.
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong knowledge of refrigeration air conditioning systems and heat pumps capable of both installation and service work. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and committed to delivering high-quality repairs.
Role & Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will primarily include:
Repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems, including Splits, Multis, VRVs, FCUs, Heat Pumps and occasional refrigeration systems
Working on both residential and commercial sites.
Occasionally working outside standard hours to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
Have a minimum of 15 years of industry experience.
Possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Be an efficient multitasker with excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Be flexible, open to change, and trustworthy.
Essential Qualifications
You must hold some of the following trade and health & safety certifications:
Technical: F-Gas, Safe Handling, Electrical, City & Guilds.
Health & Safety: CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, or similar.
Package & Benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per year (depending on experience)
Overtime: Evening and weekend overtime available
Location: Mobile role (office based in Wilmington, Kent)
Typical Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 AM – 5:30 PM
