As our company continues to grow, we are looking for Qualified Refrigeration Mechanics to join our experienced team.
About the Role
We are looking for experienced Commercial Installers and Service Technicians to take on a full-time role at Alfa Air Conditioning Pty Ltd. You will be responsible for expert installation, service, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities
Install large-scale AC systems as part of our commercial installation team
Assist other install/repair teams when required
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning systems
Maintain accurate records of all work performed
Provide high-quality customer service and technical advice
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with industry standards
Liaise with the office to identify and source required parts
What We're Looking For
Formal qualifications in refrigeration and air conditioning (Certificate III in Air Conditioning or equivalent, recognised in Queensland)
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a qualified air conditioning technician
Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems, including fault-finding and repairs for major brands
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Commitment to workplace health and safety standards
Required Licences & Certifications
Arctick Refrigerant Handling Licence (Refrigeration Mechanic)
QLD Open Australian Driver’s Licence
Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)
Current First Aid Certificate
