Job Description:
Refrigeration System Design & Troubleshooting:
✅ Expertise in single-stage, cascade refrigeration, and mixed refrigerants for ultra-low temperatures.
✅ Experience with compressors (SECOP, Embraco, Bitzer, Tecumseh, Danfoss, Copeland, etc.).
✅ Selection and optimization of refrigerants (R404A, R508B, R23, R170, R2+0, etc.).
Deep Freezer & Incubator Cooling:
• Hands-on experience with cooling systems in plant growth chambers, biomedical freezers, and ultra-low temperature storage.
• Familiarity with humidity and CO₂ control in incubators.
• Electrical & Control Systems Integration:
• Knowledge of temperature controllers (KLT11IB, Elitech, Dixell, Carel, etc.).
• Ability to work with PID controllers, sensors, and microprocessor-based systems.
Diagnostics & Preventive Maintenance:
???? Strong troubleshooting skills for cooling failures, vacuum leaks, and thermal insulation issues.
???? Understanding of heat load calculations, thermal insulation materials, and chamber design.
Industry Experience:
3+ years in R&D, Manufacturing, or Service of low-temperature equipment, cold rooms, medical freezers, or environmental chambers.
