We are currently seeking an Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team. The role will work 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime available.

What You Will Do as the Refrigeration Mechanic (Role Description):
You will assist in overall site operations to ensure smooth, efficient delivery of our installation projects under supervision. Your responsibilities will include:
Install, service and repair refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, ensuring all work meets safety and regulatory standards.
Diagnose faults and perform preventative maintenance to optimise system performance and minimise downtime.
Complete accurate job documentation and communicate clearly with clients, providing professional and reliable service.
Maintain safe work practices, tools, equipment and refrigerant compliance in line with industry and WHS requirements.
Interpreting and working from design drawings.
As the Refrigeration Mechanic, you will be supplied with:

Who You Are (Skills and Experience Required):
This role is suited to a confident and capable trade-qualified air-conditioning installer who is ready to step into a leading role. You will have:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (essential)
A solid understanding of residential and light commercial installations
The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts
A safety-first mindset and ability to support WHS on site
Sound mathematical and English literacy
Physical fitness and ability to lift and move equipment and materials
Valid “C” Class driver’s licence
Ability to pass drug and ******* and medical screening
You must also hold or be willing to obtain (Licences and Qualifications Required):
Construction White Card
Working at Heights ticket
National Police Clearance
Must be working towards an official recognition of refrigerant handling license B-grade electrical licence in Australia
