EPA Certification is required
In-depth knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques used in the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner
A strong commitment to safety and compliance with all relevant safety standards and protocols
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment as needed
