Roles and Responsibilities Business Performance Analysis at Channel, Region Level1.Creation of a comprehensive Deck covering all Key Business Parametersand channel wise performance for each BBH Region .Highlighting bottomperformers in each Channels and conducting discussion with thesupervisors
Monthly discussions with KCMs, CSRMs and AMs on theirperformance2
Track and monitor budgets on a monthly basis at a resource level andidentify gaps in performance
Product Observation & inputs for allresources who are bottom performers and review of their performanceMOM
Tracking the trend and publishing the same to SeniorManagement & Key Stakeholders3
Creation of Business Performance analysis across key Parameters forBranches, GIB & WB Channels and sharing critical inputs for performanceimprovement4
Tracking of SO & Officer productivity, highlighting the top and bottomperformers in each profile in each Region5
To have review with the KCM/CSRM/AM who have SO not meetingProductivity benchmark
