Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Raipur for a Regional Business Development Manager. The role involves overseeing and driving regional sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships. The manager will be responsible for market research, conducting client meetings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing sales teams, setting and achieving sales targets, and preparing regular sales reports.
Qualifications
• Experience in Sales Management and Business Development
• Ability to conduct Market Research and Analyze Sales Data
• Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Networking
• Strategic thinking and Planning capabilities
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
